This is a model of a real Allentown, PA retail coal dealer’s facility.  There were some modifications and compression made for the convenience of the modeler.  Plastic windows and doors are used in the attached office.  The office can be placed as shown of attached to rear side of the building.  Signs are furnished, or you can, as with the coal mine kits use a company name that you are familiar with Footprint is 9 ¼” ” x 16”   or 12 ¾” x 13 ½” if you locate the office along the side of the building.  Height is 11”.
