This is first of the three kits which build a complete coal mine facility.  This is all you really need to represent your mine if you have space restrictions,  It consist of a plywood floor, Northeastern Scale Lumber corrugated siding, printed windows, and heavy cardstock roof panels. Foundations and the floor are predrilled for support posts.  You have a choice of five mine names or you can use one from your neighborhood or one that your ancestors worked in.  This breaker serves two loading tracks on 3” centers.  Resourceful modelers can make this operable to load their hopper cars.  Foot print is 10” x 12”.  Height is 13 ½”.
